Processing Time

Standard products are generally processed within 25–50 business days.

Custom and made-to-order products may require additional production time. The estimated production time will be provided during the ordering process.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times are provided for reference and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Large & Oversized Products

Large products such as gates, fences, and other oversized outdoor products may be shipped by freight carrier.

Freight delivery is generally made to the curbside or another accessible delivery location. Customers may be responsible for moving the products from the delivery location to the installation site.

Inspect Your Shipment

Please inspect your package before accepting delivery whenever possible.

If the package or product appears damaged, please take photographs and contact us as soon as possible.
